Since our last update, the following businesses have been confirmed as having fallen into administration. All dates indicate when the administration was announced and not necessarily the dates on which administrators were appointed.
Barker Homes Maidenhead Limited - September 22
Barker Homes Maidenhead Limited, a residential construction developer based in Maidenhead, fell into administration earlier this month, with Gary Shankland and Irvin Cohen of BTG Begbies Traynor appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2023, the company’s current assets were valued at around £8.6 million, with net assets valued at £100.
Helix Parent Holdings Limited and Helix Construct Limited - September 22
Helix Parent Holdings Limited and Helix Construct Limited, a construction group based in Hemel Hempstead, fell into administration earlier this month, with Andrew Livingstone and James Saunders of KR8 Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the period from January 1 2024 to June 30 2025, Helix Parent Holdings Limited reported turnover of £39.7 million, compared to £20.5 million the previous year, but fell from an operating profit of nearly £1.1 million to a loss of around £437,000.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at around £314,000 and current assets at £7.9 million, with net assets totalling approximately £78,000.
For the same period, Helix Construct Limited reported turnover of £39.5 million, compared to £20.5 million the previous year, while falling from an operating profit of around £752,000 to a profit of approximately £89,000.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at around £313,000 and current assets at approximately £8.6 million, with net assets of close to £765,000.
MJM Energy and Safety Services Limited - September 22
MJM Energy and Safety Services Limited, a primary contractor based in Cheshire, fell into administration earlier this month, with Mike Dillon and Hilary Pascoe appointed as joint administrators. Dillon and Pascoe were also appointed as joint administrators of related company MJM Contract Services Limited.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2024, MJM Energy and Safety Services Limited’s fixed assets were valued at around £285,000 and current assets at £2.7 million, with net assets totalling slightly over £165,000.
MJM Contract Services Limited, which was incorporated in November 2024, is yet to file accounts at Companies House.
Green Motors Limited - September 22
Green Motors Limited, a Jaguar and Land Rover parts dealership based in Haverfordwest, fell into administration earlier this month, with Gareth Stones of Stones & Co Insolvency Practitioners appointed as administrator.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £1.3 million and current assets at close to £347,000, while net assets totalled around £1.1 million.
Cambium Networks, Limited - September 23
Cambium Networks, Limited, the UK subsidiary of American wireless telecoms equipment manufacturer Cambium Networks Corporation, fell into administration earlier this month, with David Shambrook, Gordon Thomson, James Woodhead and Joe Barry of RSM UK appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, Cambium Networks, Limited reported turnover of $159.7 million, down from $189.5 million a year earlier, while operating losses increased from around $61.5 million to $65.5 million.
At the time, its non-current assets were valued at $15.3 million and current assets at approximately $127.8 million, while net liabilities totalled roughly $139.7 million, up from $68.5 million the previous year.
William John (HV) Plc - September 23
William John (HV) Plc, a financial services and investment firm based in London, fell into administration earlier this month, with Michael Leeds and Kristina Kicks of Interpath Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to July 31 2024, the company reported turnover of £23.5 million, up from £1.3 million a year earlier, while moving from an operating loss of approximately £5.8 million to a profit of around £14.9 million.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at £237.4 million and current assets at around £31 million, with net assets totalling close to £169 million.
J T Leyland Limited - September 24
J T Leyland Limited, an Ackenthwaite-based freight transport company, fell into administration earlier this month, with Raj Mittal and Benjamin Jones of FRP Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to October 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at slightly over £764,000 and current assets at close to £1.1 million, with net liabilities totalling around £26,000.
Flag Clothing Limited - September 24
Flag Clothing Limited, a London-based clothing retailer, fell into administration earlier this month, with Andrew Bailey and Martin Armstrong of Turpin Barker Armstrong appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to January 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at close to £1.1 million and current assets at £2.8 million. Net liabilities, however, totalled close to £17 million.
Salem Tube International Limited - September 24
Salem Tube International Limited, a heat-exchange tubes manufacturer based in Prudhoe, fell into administration last week, with James Lumb and Howard Smith of Interpath Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to September 30 2024, the company reported turnover of £19.1 million, up from £18.8 million a year earlier, but saw operating profits drop from £1 million to slightly under £300,000.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at £5.3 million and current assets at £9 million, with net assets totalling £4.6 million.
BHGS Limited - September 24
BHGS Limited, a Worcestershire-based supplier and distributor of horticulture products, fell into administration last week, with interest being invited from the company’s joint administrators.
The collapse of the company came after it experienced trading losses and growing cash flow pressures. It is continuing to trade while in administration.
In accounts for the 18 months ending June 30 2025, BHGS Limited reported turnover of close to £30.2 million, compared to around £17.3 million in the year ending December 31 2025, but fell from an operating profit of approximately £213,000 to a loss of £228,000.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at approximately £369,000 and current assets at £6.2 million, while net assets totalled £2.1 million.

Calcivis Limited, an Edinburgh-based developer of novel dental imaging technologies, fell into administration last week, with David McGinness and Judith Howson of AAB Business & Tax Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, the company reported revenue of around £184,000, up from £4,500 the previous year, but saw its operating losses rise from slightly under £2.1 million to £2.3 million.
At the time, its non-current assets were valued at around £17,000 and current assets at £3.8 million, while total equity amounted to nearly £3.5 million.

Designers Guild Limited, a fabrics wholesaler based in Manchester, fell into administration last week, with Richard Harrison and Howard Smith of Interpath Advisory appointed as joint administrators.

At the time, its non-current assets were valued at £5.9 million and current assets at £3.7 million. Net liabilities, however, stood at close to £21 million.
