Since our last update, the following businesses have been confirmed as having fallen into administration. All dates indicate when the administration was announced and not necessarily the dates on which administrators were appointed.
Ravens North Investment Limited - September 8
Ravens North Investment Limited, a Manchester-based real estate investor, fell into administration earlier this month, with Michael Lennon and James Saunders of KR8 Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at £5.1 million and current assets at £2.7 million. Net liabilities, however, totalled close to £450,000.
Mydementia Improvement Network Limited - September 8
Mydementia Improvement Network Limited, a Cheshire-based developer of a therapy software aimed at supporting older people with dementia, fell into administration in late August, with Mike Dillon and Katy McAndrew of Leonard Curtis appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £74,000 and current assets at £2.1 million, with net assets totalling slightly over £605,000.
Sportfit Support Services Limited - September 9
Sportfit Support Services Limited, a Southampton-based supported accommodation provider, fell into administration earlier this month, with Andrew Hook and Julie Palmer of BTG Begbies Traynor appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at approximately £65,000 and current assets at around £5.3 million, with net assets amounting to £4.7 million.
Sunseeker London Limited and Sunseeker Poole Limited - September 9
Sunseeker London Limited and Sunseeker Poole Limited, a pair of Poole-headquarted boat sales, brokerage, chartering and provision firms, fell into administration last week, with Robert Ferne and Jamie Taylor of BTG Begbies Traynor appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, Sunseeker London Limited reported turnover of £246.1 million, up from £198.4 million a year earlier, while operating profit increased from £7.4 million to around £9.4 million.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at £1.8 million and current assets at approximately £178.2 million, with net assets totalling £33.8 million.
In the same period, Sunseeker Poole Limited reported turnover of £15.4 million, down from £27.1 million, while operating profit fell from around £82,000 to £35,000.
Its fixed assets were valued at slightly over £187,000 and current assets at £9 million, while total equity stood at £5.6 million.
QF Holdings NW Limited - September 9
QF Holdings NW Limited, a Bury-based asset-based lending company, fell into administration earlier this month, with Michael Goldstein, Avner Radomsky and Charlotte Jobling of RG Insolvency appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to July 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £338,000 and current assets at approximately £14 million, with net assets totalling close to £3.4 million.
QMover MFS Limited - September 9
QMover MFS Limited, a Burton upon Trent-based food wholesaler trading as Rylance Farm Foodservice, fell into administration earlier this month, with Andrew Rosler and Nick Clarkson of Ideal Corporate Solutions appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to October 31 2024, the company reported turnover of £16.8 million, down from £21.6 million a year earlier, but cut its operating losses from £205,000 to around £32,000.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at around £366,000 and current assets at £1.5 million, while net liabilities amounted to nearly £86,000.
Sunseeker Holiday Homes Limited - September 10
Sunseeker Holiday Homes Limited, a Hull-based caravan manufacturer, fell into administration last week, with Frazer Ulrick of Westgates Restructuring appointed as administrator.
In accounts for the year to August 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at £42,000 and current assets at around £1.9 million. Net liabilities, however, exceeded £475,000.
Headlam Group Plc and HFD Limited - September 10
Headlam Group Plc, a Birmingham-based flooring distributor, fell into administration last week, alongside wholly-owned subsidiary HFD Limited with William Wright, Christopher Pole and Ryan Grant of Interpath appointed as joint administrators of both companies.
The group had been exploring a range of options to address its liquidity position, including refinancing and asset disposals, but had been unable to execute its long-term transformation plan in time.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2025, Headlam Group Plc reported revenue of £498.7 million, down from £525.7 million a year earlier, while underlying operating losses increased from £24.9 million to £33.4 million.
At the time, its assets were valued at £141.9 million and current assets at £212.8 million, while total equity stood at £110 million.
In the year to December 31 2024, HFD Limited reported revenue of £478.1 million, down from £476.5 million a year earlier, but fell from an operating profit of £8.6 million to a loss of around £19.3 million.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at £183.4 million and current assets at £197.5 million, with net assets amounting to £11.3 million.
St. Clair Lamb Yard Limited - September 11
St. Clair Lamb Yard Limited, a Reading-based real estate investment company, fell into administration last week, with Lauren Wentworth and Mark Blackman of KR8 Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to September 30 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at £3.5 million and current assets at around £1.2 million, with total equity totalling close to £1.2 million.
Cove Communities Venture 2 Medmerry Propco Limited and Cove Communities Venture 2 Medmerry OpCo Limited - September 14
Cove Communities Venture 2 Medmerry Propco Limited, the company that owns the Medmerry Holiday Park in West Sussex, and Cove Communities Venture 2 Medmerry OpCo Limited, the company responsible for letting chalets and running the park, fell into administration last week, with Adam Paxton and Robert Croxon of Alvarez & Marsal appointed as joint administrators of both companies.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2023, Cove Communities Venture 2 Medmerry Propco Limited reported turnover of £2.2 million, up from around £1.2 million in the 13 months to December 31 2022, while recovering from an operating loss of £10.7 million to record a profit of close to £700,000.
At the time, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £14 million and current assets at £11.9 million. Net liabilities, however, totalled around £5.5 million.
For the same period, Cove Communities Venture 2 Medmerry OpCo Limited reported turnover of £1.7 million, compared to approximately £2 million in the 17 months to December 31 2022, while operating losses widened from £1.2 million to £1.9 million.
Current assets were valued at £1.4 million, while net liabilities totalled around £3.5 million.
