A multi-sector recruitment agency based in Somerset has been acquired by a larger group in a deal described as providing the target company's clients with access to a greater range of resources and support, while maintaining its existing values.
The deal sees Midsomer Norton-based Riverside Recruitment join Astri Holdings for an undisclosed sum, following a sale advised by KBS Corporate. Founded in 2007, Riverside Recruitment is a well-established recruitment agency providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions covering multiple specialisms across the South West of England.
In addition to joining a larger team of recruitment specialists in a range of industries, the expanded infrastructure will provide Riverside Recruitment with access to UK-wide reach, enhanced hiring processes enabled by advanced recruitment technology and CRM systems and increased support for compliance and insurance.
Lisa Armstrong, Group Operations Director at Riverside Recruitment, said: "Riverside Recruitment has been a standalone business in Midsomer Norton and we are excited to share that we are now part of a national recruitment group alongside Active Staff and Elevation People.”

The sale to Astri Holdings, a group which also comprises Active Staff and Elevation People Solutions, was advised on by KBS Corporate Deal Executive Charlie Neville.
